How we choose: we took the vegan, vegetarian and healthy cafes Google Maps returned for our search within about 18 km of central George Town, kept those rated 4.4 or higher with at least 40 reviews and still open, one branch per brand, and ordered them by a review-weighted score. All five sit in the George Town heritage area, so you can walk between them. Details come from each venue's own website where it has one, checked in October 2026; we have not visited these places. No venue paid to be listed.
