THE TEN LIST Seminyak / Spas
Seminyak · Spas & Massage

The 10 Best Spas in Seminyak: Real Prices from 170k to 1.9m IDR (2026)

How we choose: Seminyak has a spa every hundred metres and a price gap of ten times between them, so this ranking is built on the number, not the mood board. For each spa we list a published treatment price in IDR, the street, the hours and what it does better than its neighbour, and we cover the whole ladder from a 170,000 hour on Petitenget to a 1,900,000 package at a resort spa. Prices come from spas' own price lists where they publish them and from named 2026 spa guides otherwise; where two sources disagree we show both, and anything unpublished is marked "n/a". One deliberate omission: Jari Menari, Bodyworks and Sundari are all in Seminyak and all excellent, and all three are already ranked in our island-wide guides, so we link them at the bottom instead of repeating them here. Nobody can buy a place on this list.

KOYA Spa Seminyak

Editor's pick
⭐ rating n/aJl. Petitenget No.101A60 min 350k · 90 min 450k IDR9am-11pm

The only spa on this street that publishes its entire price list, and the list is the argument. Every 60-minute massage costs 350,000 IDR and every 90-minute costs 450,000, whether you book the Balinese, the shiatsu, the Japanese deep tissue, the stress-relief, the pregnancy massage or a localised back-hips-legs session. Four Hands is 850,000 for 90 minutes, and the two-hour rituals, Koya Journey and Deep Sleep, are 850,000. A flat menu removes the whole Seminyak ritual of being upsold from the massage you asked for into a package you did not want, and the room is open until 11pm, so a late table is realistic after dinner.

Full published price list, one flat rate across the massage menu Open 9am to 11pm, the widest hours in this ten Deep tissue and shiatsu at the same price as the gentle options No resort setting, this is a treatment room and nothing more 350,000 is above the street rate for a plain Balinese hour Petitenget traffic makes arrival times unpredictable

Prana Spa

⭐ rating n/aJl. Kunti I No.118XShirodhara 750k · 3h ritual 1.435m IDR9am-8pm (hours disputed)

The Moroccan-Indian palace of Seminyak spas, and the one place here with a genuine ayurvedic programme rather than an ayurvedic-sounding menu. Shirodhara, the warm-oil forehead treatment, is 750,000 IDR, and the three-hour Sun and Moon Experience with a Vichy-style shower is 1,435,000. Two honest caveats. The hours conflict between sources, 9am to 8pm in one 2026 guide and 9am to 9pm in another, so call before a late booking. And the domain that used to be the spa's website now resolves to a gambling site, so book by phone or in person and ignore search results that point at it.

Real ayurvedic treatments, not a spa-menu imitation Multi-hour rituals with published package prices The most atmospheric room in central Seminyak Old website domain is now a gambling site, do not use it Closing time differs between sources, confirm by phone Ornate styling feels excessive to some visitors

Spring Spa Seminyak

⭐ rating n/aSeminyak Village, Jl. Kayu JatiSunset package 310k · facials 425-700k IDRHours disputed

A rooftop spa above Seminyak Village that sells the thing Seminyak is actually good at: a competent treatment with a view and a cocktail at the end. The Sunset Package is 310,000 IDR, which is the cheapest way into a polished room on this list, and the results-focused facials run 425,000 to 700,000 for 60 minutes. It is a chain with branches around the island, and that shows in the consistency rather than the character. Book ahead, it fills, and note the hours conflict: 10am to 7pm in one 2026 guide, 9am to 9pm in another.

310,000 sunset package, the best entry price to a polished room Serious facial menu with published price bands Rooftop setting above the shops, easy to combine with dinner Chain feel, not a one-off room Opening hours differ between sources Busy, walk-ins often turned away

Spa Alila Seminyak

⭐ rating n/aJl. Taman Ganesha No.9, Petitenget3h ritual 880k IDR ++9am-9pm

The best value at the resort end of the market. Sunset in Paradise is a three-hour ritual for 880,000++ inside a hotel spa that would charge more in almost any other district, and the calm of the building does half the work before anyone touches you. Being beachfront, it pairs naturally with a table at Seasalt afterwards. The plus signs matter here: 880,000++ is around 1,065,000 once tax and service land.

Three-hour resort ritual under a million rupiah before tax Genuinely calm architecture, not a hotel back room Beachfront location, easy to build an evening around Marked "++", so the real cost is about 1,065,000 Hotel guests get priority on peak slots Shorter single treatments are not published
05

TERRA Spa & Wellness

⭐ rating n/aJl. DrupadiLulur 550k · 90 min ritual 600k IDRHours n/a

The quiet one, a few minutes off Jl. Drupadi, built around locally sourced products and a low-waste operation that is stated rather than decorated. The traditional lulur scrub is 550,000 IDR and the 90-minute Terra Experience is 600,000, and the pacing is the difference: multi-step treatments here are not compressed to fit the next booking. It is under-marketed to the point that its opening hours are not published anywhere we could verify, which is the one practical annoyance.

Multi-step treatments given the time they need Local products and a real low-waste policy Quiet street, away from the Petitenget noise Opening hours not published, marked "n/a" Thin online presence, booking is a phone call Short treatment menu compared with the chains
06

Mello Spa

⭐ rating n/aJl. Kayu Aya No.10Copper gua sha 650k IDR9am-7pm

The newest room on Kayu Aya and the most deliberate about detail: temperature-controlled beds, a playlist chosen for your treatment, and a signature copper-tool body gua sha at 650,000 IDR that you will not find on the standard Balinese menu next door. It is a boutique proposition rather than a full spa - short hours, small team, no pool or steam - so treat it as a specific treatment you book, not a spa day. No live official site, so booking goes through the venue directly.

Signature technique not offered elsewhere on the street Temperature-controlled beds and personalised sound Central Kayu Aya, walkable from most hotels Closes at 7pm, no evening slots No live official website Newly opened, no long track record yet
07

Re Massage Studio

⭐ rating n/aJl. Petitenget No.88DSignature ritual 310k IDR10am-10pm

A studio rather than a spa: no flower baths, no tour of the facilities, just tables and therapists working with natural local products. The Sun Reliever Ritual is 310,000 IDR, which is the after-beach treatment this district needs and rarely prices honestly, and the room runs until 10pm so a post-dinner slot is realistic. Everything else on its menu is unpublished, so we mark those "n/a" and suggest asking for the full list when you call.

310,000 signature ritual, mid-tier price on a premium street Open until 10pm for evening bookings Live official site, easy to contact Only one price is published, the rest is "n/a" Studio format, no spa facilities Small space, limited simultaneous bookings

The Spa at The Legian Bali

⭐ rating n/aJl. Kayu Aya, beachfrontSignature treatment 1m IDR ++9am-7pm

Resort-tier treatment inside the beachfront hotel that reviewers file as six-star. The Legian Indulgence is 1,000,000++, which with tax and service is about 1,210,000, and what you are buying beyond the treatment is space, privacy and a therapist who is not turning the room over in ten minutes. Personalised wellness programmes are available for longer stays, priced individually and not published. Closes at 7pm, so it is an afternoon plan.

Beachfront resort spa with genuine privacy Personalised programmes for longer stays Consistency you can book blind 1,000,000++ lands near 1,210,000 on the bill Closes at 7pm Programme pricing not published, "n/a"
09

AWAY Spa at W Bali

⭐ rating n/aJl. Petitenget, W BaliSignature package 1.9m IDR24/7 by appointment

The most expensive room in this ranking and the only one open around the clock. The Top Performance Package is 1,900,000 IDR, and the spa runs 24 hours by appointment with a spa bar and an oxygen room attached, which is either exactly what you need after a 3am arrival or completely beside the point. We rank it ninth not because it is weak but because almost nobody needs what it charges for; if the 24-hour access is the reason you are booking, it is the only game in Seminyak.

Open 24 hours by appointment, unique in the district Spa bar and oxygen room on site Hotel-grade consistency and facilities 1,900,000 for the signature package, the district ceiling Hotel energy rather than a quiet retreat A-la-carte pricing not published, "n/a"

Kimberly Spa Petitenget

⭐ rating n/aPetitenget St No.1Massage 170-200k/hour · facial from 110k IDR9am-11pm

The honest floor of the Seminyak market. Balinese, shiatsu or hot stone at 170,000 to 200,000 IDR an hour, mani-pedis and facials from 110,000, on a street where the room next door charges four times that. It is a standard experience with no luxury framing, which is exactly the point: if you want three massages a week rather than one ceremony, this is the maths that makes it possible. Open until 11pm, and the rate is per hour rather than per package, so nothing is bundled onto the bill.

170,000 to 200,000 an hour in central Petitenget Facials and nails from 110,000 Open until 11pm, walk-ins usually possible Basic setting, no spa atmosphere Standard treatment, no spa ceremony Multiple branches, the experience is not identical

Pair it with

A spa hour is the third act of a Seminyak day: the first two are a beach club and a proper dinner, both with real prices in our rankings. If you want the island view rather than the district view, the 10 best massages in Bali and the 10 best spas in Bali cover every region, and the island recovery ranking handles ice baths and saunas. Comparing neighbourhoods: Canggu spas, Ubud spas and Uluwatu spas. Choosing between districts entirely? Seminyak or Ubud and Seminyak or Canggu compare the bases, not just the spas.

Already ranked island-wide, and other Seminyak rooms

The three we deliberately left out. Jari Menari on Jl. Raya Basangkasa, whose all-male therapist team has been the reference answer since 2001 and whose Perfect Massage is 634,000 IDR, is our number one in the island massage ranking. Bodyworks in Petitenget, open 9am to 10pm with its Marine Collagen facial at 650,000++, and Sundari on Jl. Petitenget, hot lava stone massage 550,000, are both ranked in the island spa guide. They are excellent and they are in Seminyak; we link them rather than repeat them.

More Seminyak options with published prices. The Cottage Beauty House on Batu Belig does an AHA peel with microdermabrasion at 290,000. The Shampoo Lounge on Basangkasa does an Ice Mint creambath at 300,000. Montigo Wellness runs a 90-minute Shine and Glow at 600,000. Svaha Spa is the couples option at 1,780,000 for 60 minutes for two. Lagoon Spa on Jl. Nakula prices nail care at 429,000 and nail gel at 200,000.

Known but unpriced. Hot Bamboo Spa on Jl. Kunti I, whose bamboo massage is firmer than standard Balinese, takes bookings by WhatsApp and publishes no prices at all, so it stays "n/a". Same for Chill Reflexology, De Nyuh, Felicia, Anggita, Revive and The Care Day Spa. Just outside Seminyak proper, Ki Ashiatsu on Sunset Road charges 195,000 an hour for Balinese or ashiatsu work, which is the best verified budget rate near the district.

Frequently asked

How much is a massage in Seminyak?

The verified ladder runs from 170,000 to 1,900,000 IDR. Street tier: Kimberly Spa 170,000 to 200,000 an hour, Ki Ashiatsu 195,000 an hour just outside the district. Mid tier: Re Massage Studio 310,000, Spring Spa's sunset package 310,000, KOYA 350,000 for 60 minutes and 450,000 for 90. Ritual tier: Terra 550,000 to 600,000, Mello 650,000, Alila's three-hour ritual 880,000++. Resort tier: The Legian 1,000,000++, AWAY Spa 1,900,000.

Which Seminyak spa gives the best value?

Kimberly Spa if the only question is price per hour, at 170,000 to 200,000. KOYA if you want a quality room with no upsell risk, since every 60-minute massage on its menu is the same 350,000. Spa Alila is the value pick at the top of the market: a three-hour ritual at 880,000++ costs less than a single treatment at some resort spas.

Do spas in Seminyak stay open late?

Some do. AWAY Spa at W Bali runs 24 hours by appointment. Kimberly Spa and KOYA are open until 11pm, and Re Massage Studio until 10pm, which covers a post-dinner booking. The resort and boutique rooms close earlier: The Legian and Mello at 7pm, Spring Spa between 7pm and 9pm depending on the source.

Is a spa in Seminyak better than Ubud or Canggu?

Different markets. Seminyak has the deepest range of resort spas and the widest price ladder in a walkable area. Ubud is where the ritual and healing end of the market lives, often in valley settings. Canggu is cheaper on average with more studio-style rooms aimed at surfers. Our Ubud, Canggu and Uluwatu rankings price each of them the same way.

What does "++" mean on a spa price?

Tax and service on top, usually 21 percent. An 880,000++ ritual costs about 1,065,000 and a 1,000,000++ treatment about 1,210,000. Street spas such as Kimberly usually quote net prices with no "++", which widens the real gap between the tiers.

Is this Seminyak spa ranking sponsored?

No. No spa can buy a place and we take no commission. Prices come from spas' own price lists where published and from named 2026 spa guides otherwise; conflicting hours and prices are shown as both figures, and anything unpublished is marked "n/a" rather than invented. We also flag when a venue's old website domain is no longer under its control, as with Prana Spa.
