THE TEN LIST Ubud / Gyms
Ubud · Gyms & Day Passes

The 10 Best Gyms in Ubud: Day Passes and Real Prices (2026)

How we choose: in Ubud the question is never just "is it a good gym", it is "what does a day cost, is there air conditioning, and how far up a hill is it". So we ranked on the things that decide your week: the published day pass and monthly rate in IDR, the state of the equipment, whether the room is cooled, what recovery is on site, and who the place is actually built for. Prices come from the gyms' own price pages, local Ubud guides and 2026 fitness guides; where sources disagree we show the range and say so, and anything unpublished is marked "n/a" rather than guessed. Nobody can buy a place on this list.

Ubud.Fitness (CrossFit Ubud)

Editor's pick
⭐ rating n/aLodtunduhDay 275k · open gym 165k IDRMonth 1.85m IDR

The only gym in Ubud that publishes its whole price list, and the list is the argument: 275,000 IDR buys a day of unlimited classes plus open gym, 165,000 buys open gym alone, a week is 750,000 and a month 1,850,000. On site you get a CrossFit floor, a small pilates studio, physio, a cafe and a recovery area with sauna and cold bath sold separately at 150,000 a session, or 80,000 added to a day pass. It is also the biggest training community in town, which is what makes a two-week stay work.

Full published price list, no "message us for rates" Classes, open gym, physio and recovery in one place Cheaper open-gym-only rate for people who just lift Lodtunduh, a fifteen minute ride from the centre Recovery area costs extra on top of the day pass Class-heavy culture is not for everyone
02

Gymnasium Bali at PARQ Ubud

⭐ rating n/aTegallalang · PARQDay 200-250k IDRMonth 1.7m · with sauna 2.7m

The biggest, coldest, best-equipped room in the Ubud area: Matrix machines, a serious free-weight floor, a CrossFit zone, studios, a fight club and a sauna, all inside the PARQ complex. If you train seriously and the heat is what usually ruins your session here, this is the answer, and the monthly rate reflects it at 1,700,000 IDR gym only or 2,700,000 with the sauna.

Best equipment and air conditioning in the area CrossFit zone, studios and fight club under one roof Sauna and protein bar on site The most expensive membership in Ubud Prices have climbed sharply year on year Tegallalang location suits north-side stays
03

RAW Gym & Cafe Ubud

⭐ rating n/aMasDay 280k IDRMonth 1.48m IDR

The Ubud branch of the island chain, and the easiest choice if you move between districts: modern equipment, a recovery area, a cafe worth eating in, and a pass that works across the network's other locations, including Canggu. At 280,000 a day it is priced like a premium gym, but the monthly rate at 1,480,000 undercuts PARQ by a clear margin.

Multi-location pass works beyond Ubud Modern kit plus a recovery area Monthly rate undercuts the top tier Day rate is high for a single session Mas is south of the centre, plan the ride Rating and review counts not verified
04

Titi Batu Ubud Club

⭐ rating n/aMas · Banjar KumbuhDay 190-310k IDRMonth ~1.45m IDR

Not really a gym, a club: a 25 metre lap pool, a family pool, sauna and steam, jacuzzi, squash, a skate park, courts, a coworking lounge and a restaurant, with a compact gym in the middle of it. The day-pass picture is genuinely inconsistent, which is worth knowing before you ride out: listings sell an adult day pass around 190,000 IDR, including a 75,000 food and drink credit, while local guides quote 310,000 for the walk-in club pass. Ask what your pass covers before you pay.

25 metre lap pool, sauna, squash and coworking Cheapest way to swim laps properly in Ubud Family-friendly, a full day rather than an hour Day-pass pricing varies by channel, 190k to 310k The gym itself is small next to the facilities Group classes are often outside the day pass
05

Jungle Box Ubud

⭐ rating n/aKedewatan · SangginganDay 250k IDRIce bath on site

An open-air box built into the jungle above Sanggingan: free weights, boxing, walk-in HIIT sessions, an ice bath and a restaurant, all without walls. Training outdoors in Ubud humidity is either the best part of your day or the reason you leave early, so come at eight in the morning or after five, not at noon.

Open-air jungle setting, walk-in group sessions Ice bath and restaurant on site Walkable from the Sanggingan hotel strip No air conditioning, midday is brutal One of the higher day rates in Ubud Rain changes the plan
06

Nova

⭐ rating n/aSouth of the centreDay 300-350k IDRMonth 2.9m IDR

The recovery-first club: pool, hammam, sauna, cold baths and a cafe, with the gym as one part of a longer visit rather than the whole point. Priced at the top of the market and honest about what it is, this is where you go when the session matters less than what happens after it.

Hammam, sauna and cold baths in one place Pool and cafe make a half day of it Quiet compared with the town gyms Highest monthly rate on this list Gym floor is not the main attraction Prices not published on an official page we could verify
07

Bali Eden

⭐ rating n/aMasDay 350k IDRLap pool · sauna · plunge

The newest of the premium rooms south of Ubud, with state of the art equipment and the full recovery stack: steam room, red light, sauna, plunge pools and a lap pool. At 350,000 IDR a day it is the priciest single visit in this ranking, and it only makes sense if you use the water and the recovery side as well as the weights.

08

Ubud Fitness Centre

⭐ rating n/aPeliatanDay 90-100k IDRMonth 550k IDR

The value pick, and the one most long-stayers end up on. An air-conditioned room with free weights, machines, cardio, a boxing corner, a squash court and a view over rice paddies, at a day rate under a fifth of the premium clubs. No classes, no community programme, no cold plunge, just a cool room and everything you need to train in it.

Air conditioning at a fraction of premium prices Squash court and boxing corner included Monthly rate of 550,000 is the best value in Ubud No classes or coaching programme Day rate quoted 90k or 100k depending on source Peliatan, slightly outside the centre
09

Boom Gym

⭐ rating n/aLodtunduhDay 50k IDRMonth 350k IDR

Fifty thousand rupiah a day, and a sauna, showers and a protein bar for it. The equipment is newer than the price suggests and the room is honest about what it is: no classes, no coaching, no air conditioning, just a working gym for people who know their programme and would rather spend the difference on food.

350,000 IDR a month with a sauna included Newer equipment than the price implies Popular with long-stay residents No air conditioning No classes or coaching Lodtunduh, out of the centre
10

Massa's Fitness Centre

⭐ rating n/aPeliatanDay 40-50k IDRMonth 540k IDR

The local iron room, and the cheapest working gym in Ubud: machines, a weight rack, trainers on the floor, a mixed crowd of Balinese lifters and long-stay foreigners. No air conditioning at all, so it gets genuinely hot by mid-morning, and cleanliness is a step below the premium clubs. If you train early and care about the barbell more than the finish, it is unbeatable value.

Budget iron. Ubud Gym near the Arjuna statue is 20,000 IDR a day and as basic as that sounds. Resya in Sanggingan is 50,000 a day or 350,000 a month and adds a plunge pool and sauna. Byson Gym in the south is 50,000 a day.

Fight gyms. Ubud Muay Thai in Nyuh Kuning runs 100,000 IDR a class or 1,800,000 a month, Bala Bali Training is 50,000 a session. Both are striking-first rooms, not gyms with a bag in the corner.

Other ways to move. Monk Climbing Gym in north Ubud is 120,000 IDR, Mahima in Penestanan sells classes at 175,000 or 1,500,000 a month and adds padel, tennis, sauna and a cold plunge, and Fitness Plus on Jl. Raya Mas is the 24-hour option with a free trial and prices we could not verify, so "n/a". Want reformer rather than iron? The Collective Club in Peliatan and Movement Matters in Nyuh Kuning are the two studios locals name, both with prices "n/a" until they publish them.

Is this Ubud gym ranking sponsored?

No. No gym can buy a place and we take no commission. Prices come from gym price pages, local Ubud guides and 2026 fitness guides. Where two sources disagree, such as the Titi Batu day pass, we show the range instead of picking the flattering number, and unpublished prices are marked "n/a".
